I made the lemon sauce for the persimmon pudding except for the zest because I'm afraid I'll shave off my fingers. The sauce is not a curd because it doesn't have eggs. It just has water, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar and corn starch. You know the stuff you mix water with and its wet and dry at the same time. I played with that in kindergarten.

My new baking stamp
I got this baking stamp for christmas. I can put labels on the foods i bake. I always like to share the stuff i bake.

I made these for my Mom to take to a party, but I HATE coconut. I only like the flavor but I despise chunks of coconut in my food.
