We made blackberry ice cream. The resipe is from The Wild Table and Connie Green signed my book. Well the resipe was for mullberrys but we used blackberrys instead.
My mom helped me make a chambord and honey reduction. I just learned about that today and it was realy good on the ice cream!!!!!!!!!

Sick today (really)
Well I was relly sick today and I looked in my Bouchon cookbook and found the resipe for bouchons. So when mom got home from work we made them.
The batter is so good. I got to lick the beater
A little too much flour on the molds.next time I think we will only use butter
Mom has 2 size molds so we had big bouchons and small bouchons.
Yum. I like the way my product turned out. well the icecream is not homemade. we ate all that yesterday and it was chocolate chip.
