Now im ready to put it in the oven. I used Thomas Keller's resipe from Ad Hoc at Home.
And here is my final product. YUMMY. We will serve with vanila icecream.

Hotel Del Fresh Peach Ice Cream
My friend Alex gave me a hotel del cornado cook book and fresh peach ice cream is the first resipe I made from it.
The resipe doesn't have eggs like Thomas Kellers ice cream. It only has milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and peaches.
I had to blanch the peaches first then put them in a ice bath so they will not get cooked too much. I just learned about that today.
the peaches are REALY easy to peel after they are blanched.
The hard part was cutting the peach off the big bumpy seed.
Then I wizzed them in the vitamix. I dont want chunks of peaches in the icecream.
Here is the book Alex gave me, well actualy his mom sandy got it for me and its even signed inside.
yum! now it had to go in the freezer for a little while.
It turned out delisous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

homemade pizza
Here I am kneading the dough.
Then I put some pizza sause on top of the dough.Some guests came too.
I was already becoming hungry............
I put some ham,peproni,mozzrela cheese,pesto,turkey,orange cheese,,and some parmasaun cheese.

New Orleans Cafe
Here I am at Creole cafe with my friend alex and my brother and sister. It is next door to the Whaley House and it is haunted.
Here I am with chef Mark and Alex. He let me peek into the kitchen. His food is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. I loved the jambalaya the best.
Here is my dessert after dinner. It was bread putting. It had whisky sause on top.mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
When I tryed it,It was sooooooo good.

rustic sour dough bread
I made the dough in the bread maker because we were making a cake at the same time.
We ate the bread with lots of butter and it was good but not as good as Bouchon. And now Im going to bed so late.

black forest cake
So I made black forest cake from a german cake mix that my freind Sabena gave me for my birthday.and the pan my mom got for mothers day and its a cakelet pan.
this is me making the simple syrup
and we added chambord because we didnt have the special german stuff.
and I brushed the cake with the syrup
I filled the cakes with the cherries and sauce.
I put on the whipped cream and a cherry on top and chochlate sprinkles. mmmm good
Well I made mine without the cherries and it was reallygood! And now I'm going to bed because its like 9:00,

sourdough starter
This is the sourdough starter from king aurthur flour.
We had to add warm water and flour.
I mixed it up and it had to sit for the rest of the day. The starter is a couisin of one of a sourdough from 250 years ago.
