homemade butter

my friend chef chris gave me a card for his new place and on it was a recipe for butter because his new place is called bread and butter. my mom finally got a butter churn and we made some butter tonight.
 good quality cream from jimbos
 churn is made in france


 its turning to butter in just a couple minutes

 a cool butter mold with a cow on it
 you have to squeeze out the liquid with cheese cloth

 this is the buttermilk we got and we will make either banana bread or shortcakes with it

the best fudge sauce ever



I made this before school yesterday for my moms latte and it takes only like 3 minutes
 only 1 ounce chocolate, I used bittersweet valrhona and a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp valrhona cocoa powder
 weigh 100 grams glucose and heat it with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cream
pour over chocoate and let sit 1 minute then whisk it up. thats it. YUM
