Bouchons

 Here I am measuring the ingrediants.
 I usually make Thomas Kellers bouchons but we tried these. Thomas Kellers are a lot better!!!
 I melted the chocolate.
 here I am using the pastry bag to make the bouchons. Its hard though.
thats homemade salted carmel gelato in the middle. YUM
